DUMPLINGS: LITTLE POCKETS OF JOY

Chinese dumplings have long been one of our favorite foods, however, we recently realized how little we knew about their history and cultural significance. The purpose of our senior project is to explore Chinese dumplings in their entirety in an effort to not only learn ourselves but to teach others. We hope to provide some knowledge and valuable insight, which can lead to a deeper appreciation for the very common Chinese dish.
